Each USB-A port senses the connected device and automatically adjusts the required power level accordingly. A USB-C port supports power output up to 20V, 3A for charging more battery-intensive USB power delivery devices, such as a MacBook®, MacBook Pro® or Chromebook Pixel. To charge your USB devices, simply connect the detachable four-foot power cord's NEMA 1-15P plug to an AC power outlet, and connect your devices to the available USB ports. The unit protects against overheating, overcurrent and overcharging-in fact, it stops charging as soon as your devices' batteries are at full capacity
